Notes

'Flasher' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Flasher') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. Fragrant reddish orange flowers bloom in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, drawing butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Brown-eyed Susan, Foxtail barley, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
