Notes
'Fleurel' dahlia (Dahlia 'Fleurel') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms from early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Keep it away from pets, since it is toxic to dogs and cats.
Pairs well with Montbretia, Black-eyed Susan, and Sneezeweed.
