Notes

'Fooled Me' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Fooled Me') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and it has a fragrant scent. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers. It is not a favorite of rabbits, though hungry rabbits will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan, Nodding onion, Sedge, and Musk mallow.
