Notes

'Frosty' coralbells (Heuchera sanguinea 'Frosty') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It forms a clumping mound up to 18 inches tall and 12 to 18 inches wide. Bright red flowers appear in spring and again in summer, and hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit them.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, June hosta, and Green and gold.
