Notes
'Frozen Flame' hebe (Hebe 'Frozen Flame') is an evergreen shrub for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and 35 to 47 inches wide. The foliage stays on the plant all year, so it keeps color in the bed through winter.
Pairs well with Caradonna sage, Silver feather grass, and White sagebrush.
