Notes

'Garden News' hardy fuchsia (Fuchsia 'Garden News') is a shrub for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. Its flowers mix hot fuchsia and light pink, and they attract hummingbirds, bees, and birds. To boost hardiness, bury the base of the shrub 3 to 4 inches below the soil surface, as you would a rose.

Pairs well with Bluebell, Jacob’s ladder, Snake's head, and Cherry laurel.
