Notes

'Gold Cup' rose (Rosa 'Gold Cup') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its deep yellow blooms are fragrant and appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Barbier Frères & Compagnie bred it in 1958.

Pairs well with Purple loosestrife, Fountain grass, and Beautyberry.
