Notes

'Golden Delicious' daffodil (Narcissus 'Golden Delicious') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The yellow blooms are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It grows 12 to 18 inches tall and tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Sarah Bernhardt peony, and Prairie dropseed.
