Notes

'Golden Fleece' rose (Rosa 'Golden Fleece') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant has fragrant, medium yellow blooms against dark green, leathery leaves. Bees visit the flowers from late spring into early autumn. Eugene S. Boerner bred it in 1956.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Beautyberry, and Fountain grass.
