Notes
'Green Spring' phlox (Phlox 'Green Spring') is a perennial for rock gardens, borders, ground cover, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The lavender-pink flowers are fragrant and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It stays low at 6 to 9 inches tall and is drought tolerant.
Pairs well with Blue-eyed grass, Sundrops, and Indian grass.
