Notes
'Hana-kisoi' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Hana-kisoi') is a shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It blooms in late spring with semi-double pink-rose flowers. It grows 36 to 60 inches tall and wide, so give it room to spread.
Pairs well with Snowberry, Lily, Mallow, and Anglojap yew.
