'Haute Couture' tulip (Tulipa 'Haute Couture') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers open in early to late spring on stems about 10 inches tall. The outside of each bloom is porcelain rose edged in white, while the inside is rosy white with a lemon yellow base, a purple brown blotch, and blood red edges. The leaves are mottled.
Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Singing In The Rain peony, and Lily of the valley.
