Notes
'Helios' daffodil (Narcissus 'Helios') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The soft yellow petals surround a frilled cup that turns rich golden yellow with a coppery tint. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It blooms in mid-season and attracts butterflies and bees.
Pairs well with Blue fescue, Blue sage, and Coral Sunset peony.
