Notes

'Honeysticks Ember' Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop (Agastache 'Honeysticks Ember') is a perennial for pollinator gardens, rock gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil. The honey-orange flowers rise from darker orange-red calyces, and the calyces stay attractive after the blooms fade. Hummingbirds and bees visit it. It is not a favorite of rabbits, though hungry rabbits will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Wall germander, Cheddar pink, Autumn moor grass, and Elfin mother of thyme.
