Notes

'Imagination' verbena (Verbena 'Imagination') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Violet-blue flowers appear in spring, summer, and autumn and attract hummingbirds, bees, and birds.

Pairs well with Calamint, Evergold sedge, and Blue Fortune Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop.
