Notes

'Incense' passion flower (Passiflora 'Incense') is a vine for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its violet flowers have a lighter crown and are fragrant. It attracts butterflies and blooms in summer and again in autumn. To boost hardiness, bury the base of the stem 4 to 6 inches deep when you plant it.

Pairs well with May Night salvia, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Fountain grass.
