Notes
'Lady Margaret' passion flower (Passiflora 'Lady Margaret') is a vine for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Raspberry-red flowers with white-tipped filaments draw butterflies, and you can prune it hard in spring to control its size.
Pairs well with Pomegranate, Loquat, and Red ginger.
