Notes

'Insulinde' daffodil (Narcissus 'Insulinde') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Mrs. R.O. Backhouse bred it. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The fragrant flowers open pale greenish yellow and turn creamy white, with deeply frilled reddish orange segments at the center.

Pairs well with Lily, Bowl of Beauty peony, and Hinoki cypress.
