Notes

'Jet Flame' rose (Rosa 'Jet Flame') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows in a bushy shape and stays 24 to 28 inches tall. Mauve blooms open from early to late summer, and bees visit them. Louis Lens bred it in 1986.

Pairs well with Foxglove, Delphinium, and Karl Foerster feather reed grass.
