Notes

'Joseph MacLeod' daffodil (Narcissus 'Joseph MacLeod') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It bears fragrant yellow blooms with a frilled, slightly ribbed cup on stems about 18 inches tall. Warnaar & Co bred it, and bees and butterflies visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Lily of the valley, Blue fescue, and Christmas fern.
