'Jowey Joshua' dahlia (Dahlia 'Jowey Joshua') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil. Ball-shaped flowers have lemon-cream petals edged in red-orange and sit on stems about 36 inches long. It sits low on the menu for deer.
