Notes

'Kaiser von Lautern' rose (Rosa 'Kaiser von Lautern') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant apricot blooms open in late spring, again in early to late summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Karl Heinz Michler bred it in 2002.

Pairs well with Blanket flower, Switchgrass, and Blue flag.
