Notes

'Karmina' crane's-bill (Geranium cantabrigiense 'Karmina') is a perennial for borders, ground cover, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms with carmine red flowers in spring, summer, and autumn. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Butterflies visit the fragrant flowers.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Sweet woodruff, and Ostrich fern.
