Notes
'Katharine Hodgkin' iris (Iris histrioides 'Katharine Hodgkin') grows well in containers, at the front of a border, and in rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun. The icy blue flowers have royal blue, yellow, and white details. They seem lit from within on a grey late winter day.
Pairs well with Gladiolus, Hicksii yew, and Miscanthus.
