Notes

'Kewensis' winter creeper (Euonymus fortunei 'Kewensis') is a groundcover for covering ground and naturalizing. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms an evergreen mat of small oval leaves with lighter veins, and its stems root in as they travel. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It may grow around or climb over obstacles in its path, so give it room.

Pairs well with Trumpet honeysuckle, Ostrich fern, and Common milkweed.
