Notes

'Kikomachi' tulip (Tulipa 'Kikomachi') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The light yellow blooms open in early to late spring. The outside of each flower is canary yellow with a sulphur yellow edge, and the inside is sulphur yellow with purple anthers. Toyama Agricultural Experiment Station bred it.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Bridal Bouquet peony, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
