Notes

'King Alfred' daffodil (Narcissus 'King Alfred') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flower use. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its fragrant yellow blooms open in spring and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. J. Kendall bred it.

Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Spanish bluebell, and Christmas fern.
