Notes

'Koharu-Biyori' rose (Rosa 'Koharu-Biyori') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The light pink blooms are fragrant and attract bees. They appear in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn. Yuji Yasuda bred it in 1999.

Pairs well with Amsonia, Japanese forest grass, Culver’s root, and Big bluestem.
