Notes
'Korean Sunrise' weigela (Weigela 'Korean Sunrise') is a shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 48 to 60 inches tall and wide, so give it room to spread when you plant a hedge. Pink, fragrant flowers open in mid to late spring, and they add color and scent to the garden.
Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Tree peony, and Maidenhair tree.
