This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil. The violet blooms are about 110mm wide, with light purple petals that fade to yellow at the base. Deer tend to pass it by. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Purple top, Lemongrass, and Mondo grass.
