Notes

'Liquid Desire' dahlia (Dahlia 'Liquid Desire') is a bulb with single magenta-red flowers tipped in pink. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil. Bees visit the blooms from mid summer to fall. Deer tend to pass it by. You can grow it in a pot so you can move it out of winter rain.

Pairs well with Globemaster allium, Shenandoah switchgrass, and Rozanne crane's-bill.
