Notes

'Louisa' crabapple (Malus 'Louisa') is a tree for borders and specimen planting, and it needs little care. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its weeping form reaches 12 to 15 feet tall and wide. Pink, fragrant flowers draw butterflies, bees, and birds. The tree is self-fertile and drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Wild bergamot, and Pink Impression tulip.
