This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The vermilion blooms open in early to late spring on stems about 20 inches tall, and the leaves are beautifully mottled. D.W. Lefeber & Co. bred it.
Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Delphinium, Monsieur Jules Elie peony, and Little bluestem.
