Notes

'Mariangela Melato' rose (Rosa 'Mariangela Melato') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows into a bushy mound with glossy, dark green leaves. Fragrant white flowers appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Beatrice Barni bred it in 2014.

Pairs well with Sweet William, Little bluestem, Casa Blanca lily, and Quick Fire panicle hydrangea.
