Notes

'Mascot' lily of the incas (Alstroemeria 'Mascot') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. The flowers are fuchsia red with aureolin blotches on the upper petals and purple stripes, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit them. Deer rarely make it their first choice. J.A.M. Goemans bred it.

Pairs well with Blue Angel hosta, Snapdragon, and Society garlic.
