Notes

'Monal' daffodil (Narcissus 'Monal') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant yellow petals surround an orange-red cup, and bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. G.E. Mitsch bred it.

Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Little Beauty tulip, and Sedge.
