'Monarch Magic' flossflower (Ageratum houstonianum 'Monarch Magic') is an annual for cut flower displays, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms, which open from early to late summer. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It also tolerates drought once settled in.
Pairs well with Tidal Wave Cherry petunia, Neon calendula, and Red fescue.
