Notes

'Moonlight' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Moonlight') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. Soft yellow blooms open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn, and butterflies and bees visit them. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Plants reach 18 to 24 inches tall.

Pairs well with Blanket flower, Spotted beebalm, and Blue grama.
