Notes

'Needlepoint' common ivy (Hedera helix 'Needlepoint') is a vine for containers, borders, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet soil of most types. It grows at a rapid rate and stays evergreen all year. Birds visit it, and it tolerates drought and salt. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Autumn fern, Pansy, and Western hemlock.
