Notes

'Goldchild' common ivy (Hedera helix 'Goldchild') is a vine for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet soil of most types. It is evergreen, grows fast, and handles drought and salt, and birds visit it. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Cut it back as needed to keep it in bounds.

Pairs well with Royal fern, Cheerfulness daffodil, and American cranberrybush.
