Notes
'Midas Touch' common ivy (Hedera helix 'Midas Touch') is an evergreen vine. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It grows at a rapid rate and tolerates drought and salt. Birds visit it, and it rarely flowers.
Pairs well with Virginia sweetspire, Bloodroot, and Western hemlock.
