'Noranda' tulip (Tulipa 'Noranda') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers are deep blood red with orange tints and a crystalline fringe at the edges. Each bloom has a green yellow base and black anthers. It flowers from early to late spring, and Segers Bros bred it.
