Notes

'Old Glory' rose (Rosa 'Old Glory') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays small at 16 to 20 inches tall and has an upright habit. Medium red flowers appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Frank A. Benardella bred it in 1988.

Pairs well with Blue star, Casa Blanca lily, and Buffalo grass.
