Notes
'Orange You Awesome' coneflower (Echinacea 'Orange You Awesome') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Orange and red bicolor blooms open from early to late summer and draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer rarely make it their first choice. The fragrant flowers also tolerate drought.
