Notes

'Outrageous' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Outrageous') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first. It has fragrant blooms that draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. The plant also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Lady's mantle, and Elijah Blue blue fescue.
