Notes

'Pacemaker' rose (Rosa 'Pacemaker') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows upright and stays under about three feet tall. Deep pink, fragrant blooms appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Harkness & Co bred it in 1980.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Ornamental onion, and Creeping phlox.
