Notes

'Pagoda Blue and White' columbine (Aquilegia 'Pagoda Blue and White') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and woodland or shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Its blue and white flowers open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Bellwort, Sedge, Royal fern, and Butterfly milkweed.
