Notes
'Pink Heather' alyssum (Lobularia maritima 'Pink Heather') is a groundcover for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a dense, fragrant mat and tolerates drought. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit it, and it blooms in spring, summer, and autumn.
Pairs well with Munstead lavender, Ornamental onion, and Japanese forest grass.
