Notes

'PKFJTB18' New Zealand flax (Phormium tenax 'PKFJTB18') is a perennial for containers, accents, and winter interest. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Its erect form stands out in a pot or bed. Birds and hummingbirds visit it, and it tolerates salt.

Pairs well with Sedge, Tuscan Blue rosemary, and American Dawn dahlia.
