Notes

'Pocomoke' lagerstroemia (Lagerstroemia 'Pocomoke') is a shrub for specimen and accent use. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows 24 to 60 inches tall and wide, so it fits small spaces. Rose-pink flowers appear in summer, and the leaves show fall color. It also tolerates drought once settled.

Pairs well with Fountain grass, Boxwood, and Greig's tulip.
